Your House has a High-Speed Internet connection thru fibreoptic, international satellite television (with payment channels), kitchen, washingmachine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc. It is has two floors and there is a patio at the entrance. When you are inside there is a bathroom on your left hand with a sink with cupboard, a build in shower with rain effect and a toilet. Opposite of the bathroom you find the stairs that give access to the first floor. A vulcanical rock that shows the mountain on which the House is built is left as a decoration detail. Under the stairs you find the lobby. Continuing you there is a room in loft-style with a bunkbed with three beds. This area has a large wardrobe of 2 meters wide, 2.40 meters high and 90 cm deep. The washing machine cabinet is placed in this same wardrobe. Two big sliding doors separate this room from the master bedroom. In the master bedroom there is a 160 cm by 200cm bed. Further on there are two bedside cabinets and reading lights. The special attraction of this bedroom are the big sliding windows giving a panoramic view to the Atlantic Ocean and offering access to a private balcony. On this balcony you can sit and watch the dawn from the comfortable chairs on the terrace. Going up to the first floor there is a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, refrigerator/freezer, induction cooker, sink and a microwave with oven function. Everything you need for cooking can be found in the kitchen such as oil, herbs, pots, pans etc. You have a wide table with 4 chairs and a sofa bed at your disposal. The living room further on has a Smart TV. From the lounge you can open huge sliding windows that give access to the large covered terrace of more than 15m2. The glass railing of the terrace create an impression of infinity that will give you the feeling that you are in the sea. On the terrace there is a dining area with a table and 4 chairs and a chill-out area to relax and enjoy the views and the sunshine. The House is recently refurbished using materials of high quality such as a high end porcelain stoneware floor and therefor it is easy to keep clean. It is also worth mentioning that the House has a highspeed internet connection. The WiFi router is placed in the middle of the room covering the entire space. The total area of the property is more than 70m2.
